At the store, girls can shop for their favorite American Girl books, dolls, and accessories; get a new ‘do for their dolls in our signature doll hair salon; and savor a delicious lunch, dinner, or weekend brunch from a menu of classic American favorites. There’s even an interactive dessert bar and private party rooms for birthdays and other special celebrations.
We currently have an open positions for a regulart part-time associate.
Must have flexible availability including nights and weekends.
Purpose of Position:
-Provide prompt, efficient and exceptional service in the Doll Hair Salon within our customer-oriented environment
-Assess and meet customer service needs
-Promptly and accurately process all appointments
-Help to resolve customer problems
-Communicate service needs to management on a timely basis
Experience/Skills:
-A minimum of 1 year sales experience in the retail or service industry
-Demonstrated knowledge of and willingness to deliver outstanding service at all times
-Must enjoy children and possess a warm and friendly demeanor
